With occasional appearances by:
In the 1973/74 season, Jungoo Vachha did the double by scoring 567 runs and taking 54 wickets. The following season he took 60 wickets, including 2 hat-tricks and 5 wickets or more 5 times. He also took 8 for 32 against Kai Tak that same season, which included one of his hat-tricks. In 1976, Jungoo Vachha died and the Saracens went on to win the inaugural Jungoo Vachha Memorial Shield under the captaincy of Peter Hall. They went through that season by winning all 15 games, in contrast to the 1969/70 season when the Saracens failed to win a single game. The last time the Saracens won the Jungoo Vachha Memorial Shield was under the captaincy of Glyn Davies in the 1985/86 season. Saracens have only once won the Saturday Knock Out Cup, against Nomads at KCC in 1989 under the captaincy of Fahmy Jowharsha (one of the Saracens from the 1976/77 winning team of the Jungoo Vachha Memorial Shield and still a member of the 1997/98 Saracens).
